Lwandanyi Member of County Assembly Hon. Tonny Barasa has castigated Sirisia Member of Parliament Mr.John Waluke over his frequent remarks that has continued to create enmity and animosity among residents
” You don’t need to attack others to express your views. Even the Iteso are citizens of this country and deserve respect, We know your character , you’ve never genuinely supported the president,” Barasa said.
He was responding Mp Waluke’s frequent attacks to critics and his dictatorial type of leadership.
The MCA further stated that the MP was strategically sabotaging President William Ruto’s support from the Iteso community.
” Don’t sabotage President William Ruto’s support from the Iteso community. We know the truth, you did’nt even vote for President William Ruto. This arrogance and disrespect are unacceptable,” he added.
In the previous western tour of Western by President William Ruto, Waluke publicly declared his admiration to the opposition leaders and even went ahead to indirectly attacked Speaker Wetangula and Chief Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi
