Optiven Limited has unveiled an end-of-year investment incentive aimed at rewarding customers who make lump-sum property investments during the festive season.
Under the campaign, investors will receive Sh3,000 for every Sh300,000 invested, with the cash bonus applicable to both ongoing property redemptions and new investments across all Optiven projects.
The initiative is part of the company’s December promotions designed to enhance value for investors while accelerating property ownership.
Optiven Group Chief Executive Officer Dr. George Wachiuri said the campaign reflects the company’s appreciation for its customers and partners who have supported Optiven throughout the year.
