TECNO Launches Global ShotOnCAMON Challenge, Offering Kenyans Chance to Win KES 1 Million and a Trip to the Philippines

TECNO has partnered with Lonely Planet to launch the ShotOnCAMON 2026 photography competition under the theme “Seeing is Believing,” giving Kenyans an opportunity to showcase their creativity through mobile photography while competing for cash prizes and international travel experiences.

The competition invites participants to capture authentic moments of everyday life using their TECNO CAMON smartphones. From Nairobi’s vibrant streets and iconic matatu culture to the beaches of Diani and the bustling markets of Kisumu and Eldoret, the challenge encourages Kenyans to tell their stories through compelling images.

Last year, Kenyan creator Patrick Biwot, popularly known as StarChase, emerged among the global winners, highlighting Kenya’s growing influence in mobile photography and digital storytelling.
