Dubai unveils the World’s tallest hotel: Ciel Dubai Marina

Dubai has once again pushed the boundaries of luxury and design with the opening of Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection by IHG, officially launched on 15 November 2025.
Soaring 377 metres across 82 floors, the hotel claims the title of the world’s tallest, boasting one of the highest infinity pools on the planet and offering guests sweeping panoramic views of the Dubai Marina coastline.
Its striking presence reinforces Dubai’s global reputation for architectural ambition and innovation in hospitality.
“We are thrilled to welcome guests to Ciel Dubai Marina,” said Heinrich Morio, Managing Director.
“This hotel represents a new vision for luxury and creativity, delivering experiences that are both elevated and unforgettable. Every detail has been designed to combine innovation, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality from the moment visitors arrive.”
The hotel features 1,004 rooms and suites, blending modern elegance with immersive experiences.
Interiors employ soft tones, natural textures, and dynamic lighting to create spaces that feel both luxurious and intimately connected to the surrounding city and sea.
“Ciel is designed to leave a lasting impression, where each visit tells a story,” Morio added.
Dining is a highlight, with eight destination venues.
Guests can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine at West 13, an Asian buffet experience at East 14, or all-day options at Risen Café and Artisanal Bakery.
A centerpiece is Tattu Dubai, a multi-level modern Asian concept across levels 74, 76, and 81.
“Tattu is more than a restaurant; it is a journey of discovery,” said Morio.
“From the Sky Pool to the Sky Lounge, guests experience culinary mastery, dramatic design, and 360° views.”
Wellness and leisure facilities include a 24-hour gym with skyline views, a spa opening in February 2026, and direct access to Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah.
Families are accommodated with a Kids Club and Splash Pad, while business travellers can use Nest on Level 16, offering meeting spaces and panoramic city vistas.
Ciel Dubai Marina also emphasizes social impact through a partnership with the International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA), training and mentoring aspiring chefs.
As part of IHG’s Vignette Collection, the hotel maintains its unique identity while benefiting from global expertise in luxury hospitality.
Located at the heart of Dubai Marina, Ciel provides immediate access to world-class dining, shopping, and attractions, including JBR Beach and Bluewaters Island, home to Ain Dubai, the world’s tallest observation wheel.
“Ciel Dubai Marina is not just a hotel, it is a landmark and a destination in its own right,” Morio concluded.
