Launch the App & Choose Account Opening
• Open the app and look for an option like “Open New Account” or “Apply for an Account.” -
Enter Personal Details
• Provide your full name, mobile number, email address, and other required personal information as prompted.

Upload Your Documents
• Upload digital copies (photos or PDFs) of your national ID or passport and KRA PIN certificate as required.
• If you’re opening a business account, you may later need to provide business documents, but initial details can be captured through the mobile form. -
Verify Your Identity
• The app may prompt you to complete identity verification — this could involve SMS OTP (one‑time password) sent to your phone or other security steps. -

Submit Your Application
• Once all details are completed and documents uploaded, submit your application via the app.
