Curated by celebrated chef , the evening featured a meticulously crafted four-course menu inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Kenya’s Coast and Northern regions.
Guests began their experience with a delicately prepared tilapia tartare on Swahili flatbread, alongside a vegetarian hummus and chickpea alternative. This opening course set the tone for a menu defined by creativity, balance, and cultural depth.
The dish was paired with the Dufftown Sour, a refreshing cocktail crafted using The Singleton 12-Year-Old whisky, blending sweet and sour notes with a smooth finish of cloudy chickpea nectar.
