Our team of investigators has gathered some disturbing details and evidence that has exposed the inside rots among some key officials at the Mission In Action Baby Orphanage which shows that the orphanage no longer plays its key role.
Some insiders who spoke to our high qualified journalists spoke of greedy and immorality among the ‘ purported officials’
We spoke to Mr.Madollar Mapesa who revealed to us some unthinkable revelations.
” This institution is used for personal gains by greedy individuals like Mrs.Damaris Rigiri, Mr.Cyras Kivuti and Sandy Stirges who for along time continue to pose the as directors since the passing of Ivan Budulica who was the founder. She an Australian national,” said Madollar.
Madollar added that “The alleged maid turned wife(Damaris Rigiri) to the late Director (Ivan Budulica) and since he (Ivan Budulica) ‘married ‘ Damaris Rigiri there have never gotten any successful child from the institution. All they do is using innocent children for to aid during their fundraisers and there after kick them out with no better plans just because they are 18yrs,” Madollar added.
He told our team that such kids get themselves in the streets suffering and in most cases they end joining some organized criminal gangs.
” Most of these young adults finding themselves on streets with no plan and they ends up getting involved in weird activities, for instance, young girls from the institution in most cases find themselves having unwanted pregnancy where different men take advantage of them because of their desperation for shelter, food and sense of belonging as many of them have no families to receive them,” he added.
Additionally, Madollar said that other kids especially boys becomes beach boys while others get involved in different activities such theft , drugs and manual underpay duties for their survival .
Madollar Mapesa narrated to us step by step on how this fraud scheme are undertaken.
He said that they are carried out by Damaris Rigiri, Cyras Kivuti , Sandie starges and Jerry Starges .
Our investigators also revealed that they were also scared when learnt that one of the eldest brother to Damaris Rigiri Angello who is an Ex- convict and an alledged drug addict has been denying young girls in the facility their privacy as he peep on them during their shower time with endless reports and complains to his sister by the innocent girls but with no help as Damaris would dismis their claims and exit them from the orphanage if they persist. With Ivan Budulica dead ,
” We learnt that the institution was registered under society whereas it’s for the benefit to the community with no individual as a beneficiary to inherit or own the institution .Our investigations further revealed that their is an ongoing civil cases on who should be the right persons to ran the institution .
Court papers in our possession shows that the cases was filed in Nakuru High Court by one Mary Summer-scales Australian Nationality formerly known as Mary Budulica a former wife to Ivan Budulica whom they sired with 3 children and lived together for over 30yrs .
We also found that fraudulent contraversial behaviours on land transfer was done by Damaris Rigiri with the help of Cyras Kivuti.
According to Mr.Dickens Otieno, the whole process was a fraud.
” Damaris Rigiri and Cyras Kivuti upon realizing the risk of loosing everything and Prison risk hence decided to forge a will stating that Ivan Budulica wrote before his demise distributing properties to each one of them with Cyras being the witness . Boom ! We are found out that Cyras was just a ln errand boy , so how was he becoming a witness on Ivan Budulica’s will of all the people . Don’t forget the institution was not to be inherited by anyone even by Ivan himself whom they now claimed wrote the will as we are told Ivan Budulica always put it out there that the lands belongs to the mission children and every child is always welcomed back as that was the only home they knew . Well this has changed a lot with Damaris Rigiri making them fight each other in-sighting them playing divide and rule tactics. Something came up after the directors demise , when Dickens Otieno realized that the children were at risk ? He quickly came to their rescue by mobilizing youths of Nakuru and a big demonstration was done in various government offices and courts fighting against Damaris Rigiri and Cyras kivuti who already had illegally inherited the lands and accessed funds fraudulently. There were claims that Cyras Kivuti and Damaris Rigiri were engaged in an affair and when,” he said.
MADOLLAR MAPESA brought it out to light with Cyras disputing , Cyras then decided to do a wedding with his long term Girlfriend which MADOLLAR stated as coverup . The question we are left asking ourselves , is orphanages in Africa all scum ? Are our children and young generation safe in the hands of people like Damaris Rigiri , Cyras Kivuti , Sandie Starges and Jerry starges ? Will the fraudulently inherited land by the four be recovered back ?
