The Deputy President said additional funding would be provided for the second phase of the project, with other schools in the area also set to benefit from government support.

He noted that the additional interventions would respond to requests made by residents and their area Member of Parliament, as the government seeks to address infrastructure needs in local schools.

The construction is expected to expand the school’s learning facilities and improve access to essential amenities for pupils and staff.

Kiambu Woman Representative Anne Wamuratha also attended the event, alongside Thika Town MP Alice Ng’ang’a and Kiambaa MP Njuguna Kawanjiku.
